My Journey

No one prepares you for motherhood. I assumed that I would continue to live the life I lived before but that's not the case! I had to change my lifestyle to accommodate my kids.

My family and I moved to Mexico to open a new business, it was hard balancing business and life responsibilities.

I was working seven days a week from morning till night. I would come home, sometimes sit for dinner with my children or just bathe them, put them to sleep and go back out to work with my employees. Sometimes I would work till 11 at night. I would come back home so late.

There were days that I was so tired I would barely be able to wake up with my children to send them off for school, but I still had to find the strength to do it because I love making sure they go out on the right foot towards a really good day.

Six years later, I was completely burnt out, my heart was skipping beats and so, I visited a cardiologist. It turns out it was due to the amount of caffeine that I was intaking at the time to be able to cope with my lack of energy.

Fast forward to today, I’m an LPI-certified mindset coach, I help busy mothers embark on their journey to connect with themselves just as I did.
